From concept through delivery, I oversaw creative direction, logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site production, to ensure each experience felt seamless, intentional, and true to the brand. I collaborated closely with internal partners and cross-functional teams to shape a unified creative strategy, balancing design innovation with real-world execution.
From immersive environments and stage design to content and audience flow, I ensured that every touchpoint worked together to engage, inspire, and deliver measurable business impact.
On-site, I provided hands-on creative leadership, guiding production teams, managing live logistics, and maintaining brand integrity in every market. The result was a cohesive global experience that elevated brand perception, and strengthened engagement.
