From Phenomenon to Consumer Brand

Beginning with a photographic exploration of rain, examining its effects on the environment through techniques like depth of field and motion, and then expanding into a handmade study using various materials to represent rain's tangible qualities, I conceived of the idea of a meteorological app. that not only predicts the weather but also serves as a reference guide for appropriate outdoor wear for the day, and concluding with a one click option to buy.

The final deliverable is "onedrop," a brand that includes a weather forecasting app and a line of waterproof apparel. The app, onedrop, forecasts weather and recommends appropriate gear, which can be purchased directly from within the app. In support of the tool I developed marketing materials such as website designs, social media campaigns, and print ads, showcasing a full-scale brand identity.
