For over fifty years, UNILOCK has been transforming ordinary outdoor spaces into beautiful places for both B2B and BTC clients. While the name UNILOCK had become synonymous with best-in-class for their quality of product, they struggled to maintain the same reputation as a best place to work. Knowing the manufacturing side is hard work with long hours, UNILOCK faced the challenge of how to entice candidates with excellent work ethic, longevity in mind, and people who hoped to build life-long careers.

To meet these goals UNILOCK needed a bold recruitment campaign that appealed to a younger more diverse demographic, showcased the value in creating a top quality product, and an organization that values their people as a top commodity.

From this insight, we established a need for a recruitment video with testimonials from real employees, a redesigned careers page that would be easy to use and apply from no matter the devices, along with a print advertising campaign that would run in cross-industry trade publications. Playing off the U in UNILOCK, we centered the campaign around the candidate, using taglines like, Be U, You Can Have It All, and We Want U to name a few.

The Results
UNILOCK saw a 25% increase in interested candidates YoY and a 5% increase in hiring.
