Designs for Health, leading B2B clinical nutrition brand, needed to reposition itself for broader consumer appeal while maintaining credibility in professional markets. The challenge was to unify seven therapeutic verticals under one master brand, modernize packaging across 300+ SKUs, and expand into new global markets.

To meet these goals I partnered with c-suite executives and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, regulatory, and sales) to define the visual brand and marketing and communications strategy.

Lead discovery sessions I secured buy-in across clinical and consumer-facing teams. I Directed global creative execution while managing project scope, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure consistent delivery.

The Results
Designs For Health gained a new audience affinity through Amazon sales and realized a 15% increase in product sales YoY in the first year.
